As a child, no one told me about reincarnation, but I knew on my own that we are in this birth and death cycle.
Why? We have to learn to use our energy wisely.
I knew our energy was our power.
I also knew that unless we learn to use it wisely or apply it wisely, we’ll keep recycling the mess endlessly.
Therefore, I knew that no matter the circumstances or pain, we can never give up; we have to keep figuring out this path to wisdom.
No one told me these things; I didn’t hear of them or read about them. No one around me talked about this either. We had no internet or TV channels like we do and no smart phones. I was one of the quietest, shy little people, so I didn’t discuss this either.
Actually, I was very confused.
Like an electric fountain of waves from the navel up or from the heart. “it’s all about everything being in a meditative state’ My knees were wobbly I reeled about on the pavement somehow; it seemed like two of me, 95 percent overlapping, were walking. I’m not sure if I was walking straight or what I looked like to an onlooker. Then, the other subtle energy forms are blended back into the body. It felt like it was the first time I heard those words, even though I’d heard this hundreds of times before. It had a different feel and energy to it. Like the meaning of it assimilated in every part of my being. It wasn’t an intellectual concept anymore. I became this knowledge.
To me, meditation means not just being centered in oneself and balanced but also learning to ignore one’s thoughts.
YOU CAN’T GET RID OF ANYTHING. YOU CAN TRANSFORM YOUR FEELING ABOUT IT. YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT IT AND TRANSCEND IT.
What comes and goes is not in your hands.
Duality is the nature of the world. There will never be peace. There never was. There never will. You have to learn to love as is, Here and Now. It’s like keep waiting for Orange trees to produce apples. The Nature of the Orange tree is to produce Oranges. The nature of planet Earth is Duality. There are ups and downs. There is good and bad. Some of it will come everyone’s way. It’s unavoidable. What you choose to do with it is what makes a difference in your life.
You are first and foremost here to make a difference in your own life. If you can’t improve your inner being, if you can’t learn to love yourself, to accept what’s within you as is, then you can’t impact others either. Or to say you’ll have a positive impact on people only corresponding to how much you’ve accepted yourself positively.
